Western Dental

After hearing horrid stories about western dental and reading reviews I thought this was going to be a mistake. But I was completely wrong! Although it did take 25 min to take me back to take xrays, from there on out it was a breeze. I spent over 5000 dollars with 2 root canals fillings, extractions and my cleaning and the doctors were amazing! Doctor Patel explained all my options and throughly explained the cause of everything. Destiny did a great job working around my monthly payments and making them affordable. Dr Pema did my treatment and he was amazing! So fast and painless!! Two root canals in one day and it was fast! The assistant Wendy was great! Yeah she seemed young but she knew exactly what she was talking about. Gave me great advice on how to brush my teeth and showed me how to floss properly. She made my temporary perfect I almost didn't want to back for my delivery. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! All those staff are the reason why I would always go back.

Employees are very rude and condescending, nobody knows how to solve a problem and their attitude is very unprofessional. If you get your work done here, please get ready to experience the worst and most inefficient front desk you will deal with in your life.

I went to this office because of their in-house financing and its proximity to my home. I have heard bad thisngs about Western Dental but, with the amount of work I needed I thought it would be worth it. Contrary to the rumors I received EXCELLENT service. Yes, the staff seemed young BUT everyone of them put forth the best effort. I have been there 4 times in the past 2 weeks and have never sat in the lobby more than 10 minutes. Dr. Patel was one of the kindest dentists I have ever met. Dr. People did all my extinsive dental work, it took him 2 hours even though it was only supposed to take 1 and he NEVER seemed rushed about it. He was patient through everything and was COMPLETLY thorough. I never have felt more at ease with a dentist. I was terrifed of the dentist before this. I now would not go ANYWHERE else.
