        Overall

        Very unreliable. Calls to change scheduled times on short notice and then expects to come at 5:30 pm while everyone is eating dinner. Poor service and don't keep their promises... Missed a lot of blatant items that should have been cleaned in the initial deep cleans.

        After the first few initial cleanings things went downhill fast. I expressed my concerns each time and by the 3rd time had to call it quits. Being a service oriented business owner, I tried to give them the opportunity to correct the issue and they not only seemed to have no desire to do so, but the employees were rude and combative. Don't waste your hard earned money on this flop of a company.
