Supercuts

I have gone to this location twice. Both times I have not been happy. the first time my hair was long and I asked for a short cut and I had to go to a salon to get it fixed... I went back a couple days ago to get a trip and a few layers. The girl kept talking and was very unprofessional. The back of my hair where she "layered" it was so awful it looked like a kid grabbed the scissors and went crazy..I went back the next day and the manager fixed it so now it is super short...shorter than I wanted and while I was there the manager didnt ask who cut my hair and the girl was standing right next to us... I feel she should have shown her what she had to correct so that this would not happen to another customer. I will no longer go to any supercuts..I will spend my money and time at a salon where I know they are trained and it will be done right the first time.
