Terrible dentistry

Oh, man... Do yourself a favor and a find different dentist! They have NOT got their act together and the office manager, is COMPLETELY unprofessional. First, I had work for my self and my son done on the same day and paid for it with the medical savings card, which is run by the insurance company. They charged the card, and sent MY paperwork but forgot to send the paperwork for my son to the insurance company, so the insurance company locked my savings card because it didn't match the charges, so every time I used it for something medical related for anyone in the family, I had to write letters explaining what they were for. It took four months to straighten it out. When I discussed my displeasure with Sonora's office manager, she wouldn't even acknowledge that they had made a mistake and apologize for the MONTHS of inconvenience it caused. Second, my wife bought me a crown for one of my incisors which had been cracked. It cost something like $700 fir this tooth. When I got the temporary put on, they gave me the color chart to pick from for the permanent tooth, I said, "Let me whiten my teeth for a week and then I will come back and pick one". "OK", they said. I came back a week later and picked one. Then they proceeded to order the permanent tooth, which took about TWO WEEKS, with a temporary tooth falling out at least once a day... I overlooked it because it was during the holidays. Finally, it came in and they had ordered a color that was like four shades lighter than the one I picked... So I pick another color and two weeks go by... Where is my new tooth?? They forgot to order it!!! I was seriously annoyed with them, and told the office manager so. She proceeded to yell at ME, as though I was the one to blame for their constant screw ups. After all was said and done, it took a MONTH to get ONE tooth repaired, and every day I had to re-glue an incisor back into my mouth. On top of it all, the color still doesn't quite match, but I really couldn't deal with it anymore so I had them glue it in and left.Third, after being with this company for years, giving them thousands of dollars for the family's dental work, they quit calling to make appointments. Seven months later, though dental work is due... as though I had inconvenienced THEM, they quit calling ME. Wow. What nerve. Not that I care. I really need a better dental office anyway.The only one in the whole office with any sense of professionalism is the receptionist. Fire the idiot running the place and put the receptionist in charge. She seems to be the only one who really takes her job seriously anyway.Again... Seriously....STAY AWAY. Other dentists must surely have a better understanding of customer service... and dentistry, than these guys do.
