        Unprofessional Company

        I am writing about the process that goes on at the receiving docks where the goods are delivered so the public can get their product. I am a truck driver who has has to unload at this facility. I have been here 3 times and EVERY time my appt has been at 8:30am yet they don't get me in the docks till 10:30 one time and approximately 11:30 the other two times. Then after getting me in a door it takes them, well the jumpers they hire, around 4 hours to unload us. Each and every time it has been 3:15 to 4:00 pm by the time we get out of there. Also we have to pay $170.00 for them to take 7 pallets off our truck. Now, if we were that late arriving there we would be penalized one way or another. Having this happen once is one thing but every time we deliver here is inexcusable and VERY unprofessional on Shamrock's part.
