Rondo Pools and Spas, Inc.

Rondo Pools built our pool last year and it is absolutely amazing. The process was smooth, they communicated well, and the final product is beautiful. I can really see a difference from my pool to some of my friends and neighbors who had their pools built by other companies. It's been 8 months since it's been completed and the pool has been so easy to take care of. We've only had one small service call and thier response and customer service after the fact is just as good as when they were building it. I would recommend Rondo Pools to anyone looking for a great pool builder.

This was my first time having a pool built. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I was pleased with Raphy, my designer. He paid special attention tot he areas that were not to be harmed and designed the pool around them. Joe was an excellent superintendent. He was always available when I called and he would always stop by my house to answer any of my questions. The pool turned out better than we had even imagined. It was a really great first time pool building experience...especially since I've heard so many horror stories.

Rondo Pools has built 3 pools for my family since we've move to the valley in 1989. They are a family owned company and it shows. Every time I've built a pool, I've had one of the family members contact me and were involved at one phase or another. You can tell that they really cared that we were happy. Every pool has been built really well and they are very responsive when it comes to after the sale service.

Our experience with Rondo was extremely frustrating and having evaluated other Pool Contractors, I wish I would have chosen a different one! Their communication was poor throughout the whole process, they used excuses of "Wow, this is the first time this has happened" although they've been in business for many years and built thousands of pools. Dont be fooled by a smooth-talking salesperson - once the sale is done, he will be the last person to help you. All of a sudden he forgets all conversations relating to certain things discussed during the contract phase. We ended up owing over $5,000 in over and above costs - and had they been honest with us during the contract phase, we could have anticipated this better.######Our experience was pitiful and I'll be glad when our pool is done so we wont have to deal with them anymore (hopefully!).######Buyer Beware ...
