Provided by DexKnowsI have been bringing my 13 year old dachsund for his dental cleaning to this clinic for the past 5 years. They do a great job and I would highly recommend this clinic. The staff is friendly and they are very efficient. And the price is very affordable.

Provided by DexKnowsI have used a couple of other places to get my neiborhood feral cats fixed and I noticed right away that the cats are not as freaked out and traumatized over their experience at N. phoenix spay and neuter also they were clean. At 1 of the other places the cats even came back bloody and terrified. I will only use N. Phoenix from now on and you will like the staff too.The reason I tried the 1st then the 2nd was the cold attitude from staff. and I was shocked to see how traumatized and bloody the cats were and that is inexcusable If your not happy in your job then you need to quit. you do not take it out on customers and the poor cats . At N. Phoenix spay when I asked questions I was answered and no distaste because I was bringing in feral cats Iwill only use N phx spay and neut. in fact I am taking in 2 kittens in about 5 hrs few hours

Provided by DexKnowsI have taken every pet here since 2007. I have always been satisfied. The entire staff from up front reception to the veternarian are friendly and informative. Also, the cost is very reasonable to have a cat fixed. I always check yes for pain medicine(because who wouldn't?)and it is less than all the other clinics or vet offices I have called. The humane society charges one dollar less and that goes for the cost of shots as well. I moved to central phoenix so it is not close worth it. I will be taking a stray femal cat in this week. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Provided by DexKnowsI took my cat to the clinic for a spaye and had no issues. It is like a cattle call in the mornings with ppl dropping off pets, but it went fairly smoothly and I don't recall anyone being rude or commenting on my cat's name, especially since we put "psycho" on the form under name. For the guy upset with the $26 "exam" fee... you'll get the same thing at any other vet for $45 - 60 so quit complaining. Took another cat somewhere else to get 3 teeth pulled, cost over $500. The cat I took her to get fixed had some bad teeth too that might of needed to come out and it was going to be all of $90 for extraction. They're not just here ot make money, it's refreshing.

Provided by DexKnowsI had 3 Rabbits fixed with no problems at more the 1/2 the price of my regular vet. I had to drive from Sedona, but it was worth the money I saved. It can be very difficult to find a vet that will even see Rabbits, much less spay them.

Provided by DexKnowsI took my little yorkie Rosie to this clinic after I went to another...The so called girl everyone says is rude... she is not..she does her job has alot of responsablity... the asst. that takes you back in the room this lady is a sweetheart... and the Vet is just down right wonderful... he took good care of my Rosie...the other clinic was horrible to her and cost so much more... I think people that complain like the most of you do ...have never had a bad day in life... Well how lucky you are... The place was clean and everyone was very nice.Thank you for taking good care of my Rose.

Provided by DexKnows26 dollars for an "exam" yett no exam was performed on my pet. except body weight and ear temp. which wouldn't even be considered an exam in the health care system in Bulgaria. Rude front desk girl that doesn't even look in your eyes, greet you correctly. Ignorant vet assistant that has ignorant and insulting comments about what u choose to name your pet as well as doesn't explain where to walk in the hallway or what she is about to do as a real professional would do. Ie: "take a left in that door so I can get your dogs temperature." super basic stuff. reality: lets you walk past correct room while talking to your dog instead of you. ....too much meth, drugs, whatever.....unacceptable and plenty of other vets to choose from in the valley. idiots.
