If you are looking for a GREAT air conditioning company, look no further. I became an Alliance customer when I called them to repair a system problem after two other companies had failed. In June, 2011, I purchased a new A/C system from Alliance. The sales rep (Ron) spent much time providing me with information and answering my questions. The tech (Maurice Jr) discovered a very serious problem with the electrical wiring in my house which required immediate repair before the new A/C could be used. It was a holiday weekend with triple digit temperatures. Alliance delivered and set up a portable A/C unit for my use while waiting for the repair work. Their concern for my comfort was much appreciated. Had the problem found by the tech gone unnoticed, major fire damage to my house could have resulted. Special thanks to Ron, Maurice Jr. and John for their exceptional efforts on my job. Great people, great service, great company.
