Worst shop experience ever. Paid for a costly repair (upwards of $1,200) that left the car in worse shape. Took the car back four times, but the mechanic was in denial. Save yourself the frustation of dealing with a shop that does not deserve your bussiness.

Good folks. Fixed my Toyota for a fair price! Will go back. I found a shop I can depend on for good service. Thank you!

They could have sold me an engine, instead they bought themselves a trip to small claims court.

Columbia charged me $500 to replace the water pump & 3 freeze plugs in my truck(but only replaced 2 freeze plugs)When I got in my vehicle & turned the key, my engine went "Bang!Bang!Bang!" This sound had developed while @Columbia.I got out & asked the guy what was up.It wasn't until then that he disclosed 2 me that they had detected water in the oil!Any hint of water in the oil should've stopped them cold @ which point they should have called & asked how I wanted to procede.Water in the oil would be apparent when the old water pump came out.My request for a refund was denied. They had no business proceeding w/a repair they knew would be a waste of time & $.Oil+water=new engine.period.For them to accept my payment without advising me of the situation is fraudulent, criminal & underhanded. It goes beyond being bad business. If they had just let me know at the appropriate time, they could have sold me an engine.Instead they bought themselves a trip to small claims court
