The UPS Store

I dropped a bubble wrapped double boxed volvo car radio.They looked at the package & accepted it.They didnt ask any questions .It got to the buyer in NH it had been crushed,I complained to UPS 800 #Ups told me to tell the buyer to hang on to the package for 5 days.UPS said since it was only $35 total they would most likely pay me.UPS HASNT PAID ME>Then they told me to go talk to The UPS store since I paid cash .I did. I showed the owner the pics of the crushed radio.He said it would take 2-3 weeks to get it back.It took 3 days to get it to NH & now 9 days later they still have not picked up the package to examine The package,Im Out $35.70 for the shipping fees & the radio price that I had to refund to the buyer.
Im going to small claims court to create trouble for this store like they created for me.

I have used them numerous times to ship artwork. They have been so nice. My customers have written me to tell me how great the paintings were packed!

I have always had a pleasant encounter when using this UPS store. Always helpful and knowledgeable.
