I have had the pleasure of being a patient for over 3 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Dr. Lee and his staff are great and I never leave unsatisfied. I used to take my son to a pediatric dentist and have switched him to Torresdale Dental as well. They are gentle and caring with my child and would definitely recommend them for your dental care.
As a new patient I was expecting to be treated with respect. That all went out the window when I tried to reschedule my appointment for another day, the receptionist had an attitude on the phone. I asked for what was available for the week. At first she said call back then she started throwing times leaving me guessing the days. I said I liked 12pm which day was that she rudely replies "I said Thursday!" That's no way to treat a customer that was unprofessional and even though I wasn't able to step foot in that place her poor service speaks for it's self in what type of business they're running over there. I will taking my business elsewhere all other new customers you've been warned stay away from this place.
