Tea House Nailsand Spa

Tea House is clean and beautiful on the inside. They will give you the BEST pedicure with a great massage and hot rocks, even a cup of ginger tea. Not consistent with service. Sometimes you will be treated like a VIP guest and other times not. Yesterday I was not. It was a hot Wednesday afternoon, I drove an hour to relax and have a manicure. One lady was getting a pedicure, so it was not busy. The older woman welcomed me with a big smile, I told her I wanted a manicure. She removed my polish, quick file, told me to wash my hands, polished them and called it a day!!!! No soaking my nails in warm water, no cutting my cuticles, no hand massage, no hot towel and no hand lotion, no back massage when the manicure was completed. What a disappointment!!! She walked me over to the machine and left me there to go play on her cell phone,in fact, all the staff in the salon had their heads in a cell phone. I found this to be very unprofessional. Of course I was forgotten under the nail dryer. Two weeks ago I had eyelashes put on my the older lady, they all fell off by the end of the day. I was told they should last for up to two weeks. I called to set up an appointment for my daughter and I to get a pedicure and manicure, only to have the woman that answer the phone hang up on me 3 times with out taking my name and phone number. I love this salon because its close to my home and the salon is beautiful and clean, Tea is the owner, super sweet. I heard she is the best in nail design. One other thing I did not like. When your trying to relax while getting your pedicure their is a staff member working on your nails, I found this to be very annoying!!!!! I am writing this review with the hope the owner Tea reads it and talks to her staff about giving consistent service and for the staff to use their cell phones in a private room. If you want the BEST pedicure this is the salon. I heard the massage is the best in the city!!! The manicures need a huge improvement!!
