Taxpayer Advocate Service Office

I have contacted this agency and talked to two different representatives who agreed to help me, but the only help I got was them telling me that they needed time to do more research. And unfortunately, that led to me getting NOTHING.

The IRS already took 90 days to send my case to this advocate, and I havn't heard anything from her, and she won't answer her phone. And when I call the irs to get more info they just give me her number and say call her, and recently one of them were down right rude and hung up. So I really don't know the difference between the advocate and the irs, because neither are doing their job.
