        Overall

        initially this was a good group to belong to .
        However, the executive director quickly soured the experience with her callous disregard for the participants.
        as this was an older adult group of women , being spoken to ln a condescending, manner as though we were children with problems quickly became tiresome. only one staffperson, Arlene Segal, displayed care, concern and professionalism on a consistent basis.
