Philadelphia Vital Records Division

I went there almost a month ago and the lady there said it would take 7-10 buisness days and I still haven't received my birth certificate I call everyday nobody picks up the phone or either I hear a busy tone.Who is in charge of this place and how can I get answers?

Well i went there on march 14 the lady promises me i would definitely have it no later than march 24 its march 31 and i haven't received it yet..I paid 20 dollars for my mom birth certificate and i still waiting i really need it because i can't get help for my mom until they get her birth certificate.My mom is 91 years old and i really need to receive it so she can start receiving home health care..Her name is Catherine Barber she lives in Chester pa 19013 please respond to my message.or
