        Overall

        There is much hate and hostility for the police in the city of brotherly love. Unfortunately, that dislike is well deserved because in Philadelphia, the cops are no better than the street thugs. Pick up the Daily News if you want proof. A lawbreaker is a lawbreaker whether or not he wears a tarnished badge.
