Matrix Hair Studio

I love Matrix…I was recommended to go through my sister who is a frequent visitor. I was going through my “all natural” stage. I’m talking no perms, no dye, no cuts…. NOTHING. So after several pleas’ I finally broke and went to see. “Z”………( I’m not even going to try and spell her name.) I put my complete trust in her, and was not disappointed. At first I was embarrassed cause my hair was a mess, but the staff made me feel really comfortable and at home. There entire staff is gifted and there creativity is shown with every women that walks out there doors. I try whenever I can t make it to that part of the city to see those lovely ladies….Thanks Guys, “Z” “KiKi” “Brenda” Everybody you all get an A+ in my book

I would like to say that I heard good things about the salon....I went there before to get a full weave and "brenda" hooked it up...tha girl gots hands!!!.... but my second visit will be my last visit. Im not going to mention her name, only because the style was so mind blowingly bad...and it cost me 65$! It was my real hair and I distinctly said that i wanted a certain hair cut by a well known celebrity... I came out looking like the celebrity puppy..... I mean i know that i was not going to look like the picture perfect songstress in the face, but atleast let me see it in the hair.... very disappointing, I cried all day, but ofcourse i did not let her see that i was upset cause she was trying to do her job, but Matrix if you have an employee who does not know how to work with all kinds of hair she should not be a stylist....

Oh and by the way I dont want anyone thinking that i was this bald chick coming in to look like beyonce... I am a female who has hair that wanted a nice cute short cut!!!!! Instead I got butchered and sent walking.....and I still gave a tip cause im a decent person.

Very disappointed...if there will be a next time i will be going to brenda! , but i doubt it.
