Im sure Lublin Corp has lost many good agents and clients because of the cocksure attitude of the Office Manager, Sheryl! The lack of effort from the maint crew to make rentals more presentable became harder and EMBARASSING weekly to show as an agent, especially when looking to get top dollar in some neighborhoods. Couldn't continue to push potential RENTERS into a shack with shotty work for the sake of a commission check. A little extra TLC and the Office Managers attitude adjustment could make a HUGE difference with the turnover rate. The Pros for the company was the ability to work independently as a contractor which is clearly something the Office Manager didn't understand!

they are so rude and I just moved out of my house after only one year I have not payed my rent the last three months of me being there because I had a window that keep falling out black mole that never was removed and other things that never happened to get fixed .they tried to take me to court when I got there I showed the pic of all the problems they gave me more time than I needed to go and did not have to pay I would not recommend them to at all .I will be putting a report on this in papers

Basically what the others are saying is the same exact problem I'm having..so I just reported a broken window...tried opening it ...was stuck and it broke almost taking my elbow off...waiting on there response...wonder how long I have to wait for it to b repaired...if its anything like the other repairs then its a problem we gonna have

I don't like the service the property wer I live i have someni problems that they fix the same problem n that's it. They don't put new stuf in they just fix it n the same problems come backs again I don't like it I cans wait to move from here this corporation I don't like it

I wouldn't reccomend going through this compnay. The staff is rude and none of the service men or contractors speak any english. The house all have had patch work done to them and the rent prices are ridiculous.

I agree with the other reviewer. Lublin is completely unresponsive to maintenance requests until you send a threatening letter in lieu of rent. Seems to be the only way to get anything done.

I currently live in one of their properties & have regreted living here. The house itself is nice however, when it comes time to fix things they could careless!!! When it rains outside, it pours inside every room in my house!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!
