I attended a funeral of a dear friend, and the service that was provided by the Emmanuel Johnson Funeral Home was awful. The family had to look for the only person at the funeral home twice before we were able to leave for the cemetery, and their was no lead car. The cemetery was not called to say we would arrive late , so they thought everything was cancelled. How can you run a funeral home that does not help the family, but give the family more grief. I saw a couple leave because they could not get any service. this is a very sad situation.

They provided my family and I with an exemplary level of service and care during this very hard time.
