Kearsley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

While the facility is spotlessly clean and the occupational and physical therapists are kind and professional, I found other staff to be indifferent and unresponsive to patients' needs.For example, when my friend who is a patient there and visually impaired, spilled a drink in her lap no-one responded to the call for help in a timely manner. I had to go to the Nurse's station and request help which eventually came but was ineffective. The aide was unaware of the restrictions about my friend being allowed to get up unaided though these were posted on her bed. A spilled drink is not a life or death issue but if it had been the response could have had disastrous consequences.

This the worst skilled nursing/rehab facility. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! The first night my husband was here they rolled him out of the bed and gave him so many injuries!!! Horrible!!! They ignore the patients.Such a sad place...
