Jay Hyman One Source Plumbing

I have been using Jay Hyman/Once Source Plumbing for over a decade. Jay has been there for me every single time I call him, often on very short notice. There is not one issue I have called him about that he has been unable to resolve quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable rate. I have recommended Jay to others, and they all feel the same way. I cannot recommend Jay/One Source Plumbing enough!

A man named Jay from this company came into my home on November 6th, 2012 at the request of my landlord. He inspected the situation and immediately after leaving sent me the following text: "I was too afraid to tell you how gorgeous I thought you were. Mainly because I'm a lot older than you and figured you'd think it was creepy, but now I said it. You're hot as HELL" he then added "I'm not a stalker. Just wanted to let you know... Please don't think bad of me..." After which I told him to leave me alone and he complied. Although, I consider this behavior disgusting, degrading, and incredibly offensive. I am a woman in my mid20s. If you would find this behavior inappropriate as well, do not hire.

Jay Hyman was very personable and did a fine job at our home. We recently had an entire bathroom done and he and his men were very professional, from the tile men, plumbers, and even the electrician and drywall men. We were so pleased that the plumbers left only minimal mess and even that was cleaned up.
