        One week later ... facelift ... looks great

        Feel very confident with Dr. Heffelfinger. Had 2nd opinion and after speaking with him, made the decision to have him do my surgery. Felt confident with his manner, his explanations, his skill/reputation. He was the person to do my surgery after 4 min of speaking with him. Post-surgery, while having normal pain/discomfort, know I made the right choice and felt confident in his and his team's care. Overall, excellent experience. Helen

        When I came into the office I was a little Apprehensive. My previous experience was unremarkable so I was a little nervous. He quickly put me at ease. Explaining everything...treating me professionally and respectfully.And the results were remarkably better then my previous treatment
