Doc Bresler's Cavity Busters

I've been taking both my children here for at least seven years not anymore, conflicting diagnosis on braces each visit a different dentist says yes and/or no if my oldest needs them. The final straw came when I went to a scheduled appointment and because I didn't have any money to out towards a two day old bill. They wouldn't see my child, rude and didn't take the time to review my insurance policy to see I owned nothing. I asked them to review the policy and they gave me an attitude for asking them to do their job. Please run not walk away from this business and never look back!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! They want $$$ so bad. My daughter came out of her appt in full tears, red blotches on her face and sobbling uncontrollably. I asked to go back with her but they looked at me like i had 2 heads when I asked this. This is a NO NO here. Parents cannot come back. They told me that she needed general anesthesia for her "root therapy". That is very risky. This = $$ for their surgicenter.

But i knew after my child looked like she did and was so upset that I would never EVER come back to this horrible place. I was even shaking after leaving.

Our new dentist is AMAZING. They let our whole family come back while someone is getting work done. They engage is conversation and we are all completely at ease. My kids leave with smiles. I will never forget that Bressler experience. It still terrifies me. I thank God I looked around for a place that welcomes parents to go back with their children.
