Crystal Palace Unisex Salon

My experience was the same....I had a 8:00am appointment, my stylist did show up until 11....that's ridiculous ....When she did arrive she had to make several phone calls while I was in the chair. I did like my hair after being in there for 4 1/2 hours for a wbc and I was the first client..If they get rid of their ghetto mentality and start being more professional .....it could be a more lucrative business that I wouldn't mind recommending....but their attitude's are so bad....I don't think they care

i ALSO ENCOUNTERED RUDENESS. i WENT TO GET A WSH AND CURL AT FIRST IT WAS ONE AMOUNT THEN IT WAS ANOTHER. I WEN ON WITH IT BECAUSE I REALLY NEEDED MY HAIR DONE. HOWEVER, ONE OF THE GUYS IN THERE WITH THE MULTI-COLORED HAIR WAS VERY RUDE, AND I HAVE PSORASIS SO IT WAS A LITTLE DRY PATCH BEHING MY EAR, AS I SAT UNDER THE DRYER I WANTED TO LEAVE AS HE TALKED ABOUT ME. BUT, I WENT ALONG WITH EVERYTHING. I DONLT RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO DOESN'T KNOW ANYONE IN THERE TO EVEN GET THEIR HAIR DONE IN THERE. THE WHOLE SHOP NEEDS RECONSTRUCTING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Sabrina is the owner and head stylist of this salon she does beautiful work, but the service I recieved was terrible, I came in for a 3:30 appointment and left out at 8:30. One of her shampoo girls had the nastiest attitudes I ever seen, but I had no chose but to finish getting my hair done because my hair was already braided and I wasn't going to walk down the street looking a hot mess. Sabrina had about two or three heads in front of me then the next thing I knew she start letting all these young girls go ahead of me. I am very upset because not only was feeeling down about my grandmother passing I had to deal with this. I understand she was hungry but she started eating ice cream over my head I will never go back there again. She needs alot of help in her customer service department.
