Bar Noir may be a little intimidating as you have to descend these long stairs and enter a dimly lit interior, but don't be fooled. This is one of the best kept secrets in Rittenhouse b/c Noir gets a full range of amazing DJs all week and their drinks are so cheap it's almost a crime. They have happy hour specials but you can also take advantage of these drink deals that never end so you're guarenteed to have a good time on a budget. The crowd is hip and loves to dance so I head here whenever I'm looking to have a guarenteed good time. No matter what night of the week, DJs spin the music that keeps everyone acting like it's the weekend!!
