Affordable Plumbing

After repeated calls to have Affordable finish their work by we had to resort to a lawyer to get their attention. Next time we will use someone reliable.

After calling to get a time estimate (which could not be provided), Affordable Plumbing said they would be at my house before noon. I called again at 2pm and still could not get a time frame for arrival, but was told we were on the list for the day. I received no other phone calls with updates and no one ever arrived to fix our plumbing problem. The following day, I called to see what happened and was told I would get a call back that I never got. I was very disappointed with the communication in this company and ended up going with another plumber.

I was contacted by the owner, Chet in response to my email about a problem I am having with my kitchen sink. He let me know that "Robbie" would be coming out to my home on that Saturday morning for a "free" estimate. Saturday came and went, no call, no show and still to this day I've never heard from him. If you want someone you can count on, do not call Affordable Plumbing and Heating!

I had to get a new sewer line run from my house all the way to the sewer, which is only 20 feet max in length. The people that came out to dig up the sidewalk and street were prompt and finished the job in one day. It took less than a week from the time I called, till the time it took them to fix the problem. It has only been a week and a half since they finished, but theings still are looking good.
