The entire staff were professional, timely and carefull with all our move. We had several stops to make along the way, all my dishes, glass ware were not broken, nor any furniture damages. This move required patient and communication on the items to be drop off at each stop. These men did a great job and should be commenced for their job well done. I hired Action Enterprizes soley because they had no negatve reviews, no BBB complaints (actually they had an A+ rating), no consumer affairs complaints or attorney general complaints. I did my homework, I looked for an insured and bonded mover with A+ standings. Unfortunately, all of this meant nothing. In general, when Action Enterprizes showed up to my home they were late to the job (2hrs), they did not wrap my furniture (like promised), they carried my 60'" plasma out in the rain -uncovered- and cracked the base because they rolled it out on a dolley, they broke half of my Bo concept entertainment unit and had the audacity to give me $100.00 for it after all was said and done. When my furniture arrived to my new home it was a pile of wet, smashed and crushed boxes. When I tried to negotiate a fair compensation for my damages, he told me that he "gave me a recession price," but I would have been happy to pay more if it meant that my items would be returned to me in tact.

Jerry did a quick and thorough job. Very small project, taking away 6-8 bags of construction debris and a bunch of old loose wood with nails in it. Came same day, price as quoted, which was reasonable compared to the other guys.

This company Action Enterprizes Moving & Hauling is superb, and provides professional services. My family moved 12 times in the past 30 years due to military obigation and have not been more satisfy after choosing this company.
