        Good days & bad days, everyone...

        Good days & bad days, everyone has them. I like this Vet because he's willing to work with you. Folks just don't post suspect comments, they call directly & lodge a complaint. I know I have about prescription diet food that my cats & dogs wouldn't eat. They took the food back & gave me something else, which now my critters will eat. Also, they did follow-up with either a phone call or an email about the food & asked how my "babies" were doing & I liked that. I could go elsewhere, that's true, however, I like their "laid back attitude."

        Overpriced. Rude staff. Has charged for "samples"...notes on package "sample not for resale"...yeah, they resale. Will not ever take my pets there again.

        Vet is not knowledgable, makes errors.

        I used this vet for several years because of their customer-friendly attitude and reasonable prices. But no longer, due to the vet's lack of knowledge and errors made. He told me one dog had cataracts, but an expensive specialist said it was normal aging. The eye specialist told me any vet could do a simple eye surgery for my dog, but Dr. G. did it wrong and it has to be re-done - more expense, and more trauma for my dog. A simple inoculation injection in the wrong place in my dog's back caused sharp back. A euthanasia experience was very painful and traumatic for my sick dog. His offfice is disorganized, including records missing from my pet's file.
