Do not use this con man. He knows nothing about construction. He will lie to you, use cheap materials, cheap labor, and walk away with your money. Luckily I had a contract with him, so a breach of contract lawsuit was filed against him. AVOID at all costs.

Not to mention - he changed his company name from Mike Samiel Home improvement to Samiel home improvement - as if that would make a difference to his liability.
