Dr. Robert Stephen Tausend, MD

I loved Dr Tausend and would definitely recommend him. Ha addressed a keloid I have had on my arm for 60 years and explained how I needed to be careful and watch it as cancer could form. I also liked that he had a student working with him on her residency. He let her perform the liquid nitrogen on my skin cancer while he watched. I learned also while he was teaching her about skin cancer.

I am new to the area I called the webster office to sch and appointment the receptionist was very rude in answering my questions and didn't want to give me an appointment time without fully sch an appointment. To me if the staff is allowed to be rude what is the physican like?
