My son spent hours waiting to be seen for an illness They are busy with trauma from the ski resort, so I would suggest going to Salt Lake for illnesses. It will be faster and you will get MUCH better care. The doctor spent 5 minutes with him and sent him on his way and told him "you just have a cold" without even listening to him breath or checking his ears, very basic things! I had so many questions about the visit since my son is VERY sick, but they can't be bothered and won't return phone calls. They gave an RX that can't be filled anywhere and they won't return a simple phone call to give an explanation. It is a joke. I'm sure they must be better for accidents but our experience was horrible. I called 5 times and nobody called me back all day. After waiting 8 hours, I took my son to another doctor and turns out he has pneumonia. Again, these doctors are too busy to correctly diagnose. I was told by the nurse when I asked to talk to the doctor, "He will not call you back. He's too busy." About sums it up.
