Called for help pulling my 4runner out of a river bed far from a road. They sent out a truck, and the driver explained he could not pull get the truck out, so they sent a bigger truck. That driver explained he could not get my truck out either(between them they had 30,000 pounds of mahine). Then they had a quiet talk with each other and told me that they might be able to get it out for $350. I chose to pass,so they told me I had to pay a $50 fee because they came out, and that they would impound my truck if I did not pay. I paid the $50. I then came back with my wife's minivan and a shovel and pulled the truck out by myself in ten minutes.It is obvious that these people were teaming up against me to take advantage of me. I discourage you from calling them if you are in a vulnerable position as they will try to abuse you.I requested a refund afterward, and they refused even though they did not quote a minimum price when I first called and they did not help me.
