Landshark Lockout

I owe these guys big time. They came out at 11pm during a thunderstorm and were so nice even though they were soaked and even helped me get my luggage into the house.

Failed to give a rate up front, and they followed up on the cell phone with harassing messages, threatening to call the police if the fee ($170 for a few minutes' time) was not paid. Harassment does not bring in customers. Learn to be more professional and polite, as well as transparent regarding your fees.

There is no zero rating, so this will have to do. These frauds tried to charge $180(!!) for their service. NEWS FLASH, it took this sweaty, unprofessional guy 3 minutes to open the door. Then he wants a card number without even mentioning prices. Needless to say, don't pay these scammers.
The owner (?) didn't even represent himself on the phone, just an annoyed "Hello??" He picked up the phone REAL quick after the fact, calling and texting LITERALLY DOZENS OF TIMES and threatening to have folks arrested for "theft of services."
I will be reporting this quack of an owner to the BBB, and I HIGHLY suggest anyone in a vulnerable spot steer clear of this company.

Landshark Lockout's technician was fast and friendly and really helped my daughter get back into her car. We will definitely be using him again!

Landshark Lockout was incredibly fast in getting my car unlocked when I locked my keys in my car and was very polite and professional!
