Molly Maids

I would have given them 0 stars but yelp forced me to give them at least 1 star. I was very disappointed by their customer service. John the supervisor in Overland Park, KS told me that the cleaners will be at my house at noon. At 12:30 pm the cleaners were still not at my house. I called him and he said that the time window was 12-1, he had not said anything about a time window before but I figured that the cleaners were probably delayed. The cleaners did not get to my house till 2:00 pm. I had told John when I booked the time with him that 2 o'clock is not going to work for me because I have to go get my children from school. When the cleaners arrived I called John and told him that I would have the cleaners wait outside while I go get my children because I do not know them and do not feel comfortable with having them in the house while I am not there. He first argued with me that he had already told me that they do not guarantee times which was a lie, and I reminded him of all the conversations we had had. After which he said that's fine just send them home. He was extremely rude and I did not expect this from a nationally recognized service. There are several local services that I could have used instead of them. The only reason I called them was because I felt that they will be reliable and punctual. I will not be using Molly Maid again and will let all my friends know about this experience so that they do not make the same mistake I made.

I have used thier service for years and am very pleased!!!!
