        Light Switch Repair - No Show

        I had an appointment to have a light switch repaired on 3/13/15 and Michael didn't show up or call to let me know what was going on. I called the office when it was way over 30 minutes to ask why they were not there yet. He looked up my appointment and sounded confused as if I didn't have an appointment, then later said that they were very busy at that time. He never showed up, and I am never happy with companies that don't show up for the job. Thanks for nothing!
