I should have went with my first instinct to listen to the reviews. I took my Ps3 in for a ylod repair. Paid the $80 for repair plus an additional $20 for the extended warranty. Upon picking up my system as one of the so called technicians was handing me my system he banged it on the front of the counter! Got it home and it worked for about a week of on and off play before the Playstation Network was down so it was not tried to play again for another 3 weeks before Playstation Network was back up. Went to turn on the system and it shut down giving me the ylod error again. Took it back to the shop and waited about 3 days before calling them because they wont call you when your system is ready. They said that it was a different issue than the original repair and was not covered under the warranty. End result, I paid $100 for them to fix ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This is the worst, most unprofessional place I have ever seen. If you read the reviews believe them. I didn't and now I am out $100

Don't do business here. This place has given me the most frustrating and infuriating experience I have had when dealing with a business.



I brought in both my PS3 and Xbox360 to be repaired. The after a few days the PS3 was reported as being unfixable.



My Xbox360 was returned to me repaired. I have a busy schedule and was not able to test it when I got home. However a few weeks later after watching 1 dvd with it I got the same error as before (e74), so I took it back in to them. This time they said they can't fix it and that it is a "different" error and not covered under the 6 month warranty, then that even if it was the same error all their warranty would cover is them trying the exact same fix for it again. They also refused to give me a refund on the original fix (30 day refund guarantee), saying it had been too long from the day they fixed it, not the day I paid for it and picked it up (difference of 3 days and the 30 day refund threshold).



After arguing with them for a considerable amount of time over this I was able to get them to try to fix it again. To try something different. I had been calling them every few days at this point to check on the status of the repair being told "we will call you when it is finished." After a few weeks of this they admitted to loosing my system all together.



So end total dealing with these people has cost me $50, the loss of my broken xbox360, and considerable headache and gained me absolutely nothing.
