I first contracted with a Broker that gave me a low price. Well, the my car did not get picked up at the agreed time. I called Car Carrier Network and the car was scheduled in two days. The service was unmatched. They were in constant contact with me on the phone and email. Kristaan was the best. Don't go with the lowest bidder unless you have all the time in the world to have your car shipped. I learned my lesson.

Communication and customer service was excellence. Nicole my customer service representative was knowedgeable and kept me informed as to the date of pick-up. I was informed when the car was picked-up and when the car would be delivered. It was delivered the day it was suppose to and in good condition. I would use Car Carrier Network if I had another car to transport.

Car was delivered in 5 days. no mess, no fuss. John the driver was great. same guy who picked up the car and dropped the car off. he actually worked around my time. poor guy pulled into town early the arival date morning.. waited until 5p for me to get off work to meet him to get car!!!!



plus he had other cars to deliver on top of this!!



This company will treat you right. not like these other fly by night services you find on the internet

I used Car Carrier network for moving two vehicles from Tennessee to NJ. Although, the quote was a little higher, I selected them as they had great reviews. I was not disapointed and had a great experience both with Car Carrier (Crystal)and then the driver (James) who picked up and delivered. will definitely use them again.

A very smooth transaction. Good and friendly communication throughout and frequent updates. I compared about 10 companies and their price was in the middle. They included insurance and offered the fastest pick up date. The driver was very professional and called me from the road to let me know the delivery date. . I would use them again. I've tried several transport companies before Car Carrier Network. They quoted much cheaper prices but couldn't commit to pickup and delivery dates. Brokers would schedule but carriers would not honor pickup dates. Car Carrier Network was honest, on time and my vehicle arrived in Alaska from California in the same condition I turned it over to the carrier. They even washed it for me before pickup. I recommend and will use again in the future when I return to California. Thank you.

At the beginning, I had hard time in finding a closed carrier that matches my schedule and places. However, thanks to Stephanie's prompt "extra" efforts, I was able to find a very good open carrier who eventually delivered my car from Indiana to Utah in just two days right on time by when I needed my car. My car delivered was Lexus RX350, and it arrived in a perfect condition. I appreciate the service, specially from Stephanie. Thank you!

They were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking to ship a car anywhere in the US. I called 2 weeks before I wanted my car picked up and was assigned to Kathy as my contact. Kathy helped me figure out when the car needed to be picked up in order to be delivered on the exact date that I wanted. Within 10 minutes, she had found a carrier willing to transport my car on that date. Kathy checked in with me through every step of the process - before the car had been picked up, right after it had been picked up, and after it was delivered.
