WORST DRY CLEANER EVER! They ruin your expensive clothing and refuse to reimburse you for the item, let alone offer or provide you with a refund for the cleaning! The manager actually got into a verbal altercation with me in front of other customers! I will NEVER TAKE MY CLOTHING THERE AGAIN and they will miss my 100 plus dollar per week business.

I went to them to dry clean my jacket and learned that they do shoes and purses too. I brought my mom's purse to them to be repaired. Unfortunately, the purse could not be repaired, but they told me up front which I thought was very cool. I have been to other places where they take the job only to leave you upset later. I thought it was very nice of them to be honest with me. You don't see that much any more. Plus my jacket looked awesome! They will def be my new drycleaner.

I took a very expensive riding boot to them to have the zipper repaired and asked if they could do it because it is difficult. They assured me they could. When I went to pick it up the zipper was loose which had never been a problem . I complained that the zipper was not the way I had given it to them and they said oh well the machine didn't reach. When I said that was unacceptable and I needed the zipper in the condition that they got it and they said they would work on it again. When I went to pick it up It was a poorly patched job. I showed them the mate that has been repaired the same way and looked fine and they told me they knew what they were doing. I think good customer service would've been an apology and refund of the money. They were arrogant and nasty and did an incompetent job

I just picked up my husband's leather shoes that we thought were beyond repair and they look amazing! I have no idea how they were able to do it, but they practically look brand new again. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to friends.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. I brought my comforter in last week and was told I had to pre pay and when I came to pick it up I was charged again stating they nevere take pre payments (and it was the same lady from the week before) I know It was partially my fault to not double check that they had put the paid sticker on my item but come to find out you cant trust anyone., Not even a small family business trying to stay afloat. Shady business!!

I am so satisfy with American Dry Cleaners. Never had any issues with my garments and expensive shoes. This is a family owned business and they are awesome. They welcome you with a great feeling. Highly recommend to all.

I tried to get the heels on my shoes repaired and it was going to cost me $17 for ONE pair of shoes. I paid $20 for the shoes. I dont see how this is good business. I know a place in Altamonte Springs who will do the same thing for about $8 a pair. Never again will go to this establishment.

I feel this business is crooked and should be closed. They destroy customer products and don't replace them nor do they give the customers money back.
