General Info: Orange Middle School is an educational institution that employs a staff of more than 70 teachers and paraprofessionals. It offers classes in several subjects, including French, Spanish, language arts, math, technology, science, social studies, and health and physical education. Located in Orange, N.J., the school s extracurricular activities include drama, chorus, music, arts, computer learning and weightlifting. It has also developed an educational reform model, Small Learning Communities that raises the academic performance of students to the levels of post-secondary education and high quality job performance. Orange Middle School prepares students in various areas, including law, performing and visual arts, health and science, and technology and math. It is a part of the Orange Board of Education, which offers special education programs in the areas of vocational education, world languages and technology.
