In 2006, this contractor did a ceramic tile job in my home. It failed after 6 years as the thin set was not adhering to the tile or cement slab.

I asked the contractor to stand behind his work and pay for half of the replacement cost...he refused. I'm out $6,200! If you use this guy, GET A WRITTEN GUARANTEE OF HOW LONG HE WILL BACK UP HIS WORK. I DIDN'T DO THAT AND GOT BURNED.
