Kitchen & Bath Vision

This company lacks accountability and refused to acknowledge the damage they cause from remodelling our master bathroom. Two rooms in our house have damaged ceilings due to faulty toilet installation and water leakage. I called Joe to inform him about the problem and yet he ignored my call. After the toilet was reinstalled and fixed by a plumber I hired, Joe accused me of not giving him time to respond when in fact I gave him a few days and did not receive a call back or any form of acknowledgement from him. He refused any responsibility for the botched work they did.

My husband and I are dreading the next problem that might come up from the remodelled bathroom.It became a money pit!

If you are looking for a reputable company with good accountability then stay away from this one.
