We purchased a new refrigerator and dishwasher from the Olive Branch, MS Sears store about two months ago. The products we purchased are fine however I will not purchase anything from the store again. Terribly poor management & customer service. We found out much later, after we placed our order, that our refrigerator was special order and had an extremely long lead time. On several occasions we were told the refrigerator was in and would be delivered. We would wait for delivery and no fridge; called the store only to find out they didn't even have the fridge. They did not have the common courtesy to be honest with us; simply told us what they thought we wanted to hear. Not the way to treat a customer...would not recommend purchasing anything from this store.
