Deserves a negative star! Doesn't honor his word. Never showed back up to correct his awful service. Promised me enzyme and treatment would remove odor. It did not! Said he would come back out, never did. Doesn't answe phone either. He knew I was on disability and limited income. Took my money and left me with over soaked ruined carpet!! Do not use!
