        Crews do not speak English & can't communicate well; could not accomodate request for specific day.

        Special requests must be made through the office and relayed to the crew; they were constantly forgetting some area of my yard; on occasion did not mow backyard?? Too many other service providers out there to pay their premium price for mediocre service---I switched.
