I am sorry that you are bothered about the fact that McClains RV now has many positive reviews online. If this seems suspect, it is because we are now aware of the fact that some people like to make comments online about their experiences in doing business with a certain company. Since we had not incorporated this process into our business model before, we are doing so now…albeit the rise in reviews. Our company has been serving the community for over 50 years and we value staying current with the times. Using this medium, that is free to all, is just another way of staying up to date for the benefit of our customers and the public. As a business owner we are always looking for ways to improve. Asking for reviews from our customers allows us to be transparent and real to the world. Expect to see many more comments good, bad, or indifferent coming from our valued customers. Should we get an occasional bad review, we embrace it as another opportunity with which to improve our processes. The good comments reinforce the fact that we are meeting and or exceeding our customers expectations. Any and all reviews made by these people are in their own words, completely honest, and not manipulated. Our desire is to provide the very best service and experience to everyone. Henry N., excellent sales person & did all that was promised. Robert, all business, but easy to deal with. Vann, very pleasant and knows basics. Julie, service, always a smile and kind word. Regina, service, great department head. Dewayne & John, most knowledgeable and helpful service techs anywhere. They make me comfortable to return for service. All the above are 5 stars, however, the person prepping our Phaeton for delivery did a poor job. Many major problems should have been corrected before we checked the bus out and found them ourselves: no hot water, washer 1/2 full of water and non-functional, shower that would not turn off/ Little things are to be expected, but not major system faults, In spite of this, our 3 days with McClain's RV Superstore let us get to know you and become very comfortable with your service. Overall, a good experience and so happy with our Phaeton, Thanks, Fred & Di Wood

Julie Hart was amazing this service trip and has always taken care of us and our RV. She did our initial walk through when we bought our first RV and now she takes great care of us when we come in for service. This trip she got our repairs taken care of within 36 hours and I am ready to go on my trip next week! She is the reason I continue to bring my RV to McClains for service. I love that she calls me and keeps me informed of the status of repairs as well. Great job Julie & Great job John!

I had a camper less than a year ago and had a severe leak in the underbelly. I delivered the unit on a Monday at McClains RV in Oklahoma City and had it fixed by Wednesday. I am a very satisfied customer!!!
