        Overall

        Great potato soup but the entrees are over priced. Go to Texas Roadhouse if you want a delicious steak at a reasonable price. Go to Saltgrass if you want an expensive steak that is worth the money. If you go to Charleston's, get a sandwich or salad and definitely order loaded potato soup. That menu item is the best in town!

        poor steaks

        ordered rare prime rib got a medium one instead. told my server. ignored me and avoided coming back to table for remainder of meal. no mgr or floor supervisor asked why i left a 30$ steak uneaten. waitress just plopped down ticket and said she would take my money. charlestons is crossed off our list . have had 3-400$ dollar tabs in past for family meals.no more

        The food is awesome. The waiters and waitresses are always wonderful. Never had bad service. I would recommend the charlestons burger, or the chicken. They are awesome.

        These guys retired their blooming onion before the rest of the world started serving them. Great food, great atmosphere...and you will never, NEVER wait for a refill. Order a loaded fry, they're not on the menu.
