In response to firegirlrenny - We do care very much about our customers, tenants and their customers. Sometimes there are rocks and small objects in the turf which are difficult to see, and unfortunately they get thrown by equipment. We do everything we can to prevent this, but as all lawn companies have experienced, it is an impossible task. I spoke to this girl more than once. I apologized and asked if there was anything we could do to make it right. She said we should talk to the worker, which we did. I asked if we could do anything for her other than an apology to make the situation better. We ended sending money for a nice dinner out. I don't understand why she said she had not heard anything; she seemed very pleased about the $ we sent her. We do care about people and vehicles, and we do all we can to prevent harming either. If a problem occurs, we do our best to make it right.

I go to school where one of their jobs is at. I was in my car with door open and the worker with the weed eater (it didn't have a guard on it) flicked a rock and it hit me in the face close to my lips. It also hit the middle of two teeth. I called company and received an apology from the lady that answered phone. I had also said something to worker. Oh could not give a rip about it. I still have not heard anything about it from owner or company. All I know is I have a lump on face and painful teeth. They also don't care about others vehicles rocks flying at them too. So if you care about your vehicle or person don't use them.
