        Called for an inoperative trash compactor. Said they would be out between 3 and 6 PM. They never showed. Called at 6:10 PM. They said they called us at 12:21 PM and left a message saying that they don't work on trash compactors. Cell phone shows a call from an Unknown number at that time but there was no message. No way to run a business.
