The Most Terrible Customer Service Ever. My Fiance & I purchased a new construction & the builder sent us to D&T telling us they stand by their product. We had a small issue with our backsplash & needed to remove a few pieces of cabinet molding. Offering to pay for their time & services, I emailed & called the company almost a dozen times. They never respond or return calls. After calling and calling, I did speak a few times to a nasty young woman working for them whom is less than helpful, & so my fiance called as well to speak to someone else. Then an older woman called us back & we were told they were busy but someone would call us back to schedule. We moved in February. Now its July. I hate leaving negative feedback on anyone but if you want service go somewhere else for your purchase because D & T Cabinets service stinks.
