Nyc Bagels and Deli

I will NEVER order from this place again. I WILL tell everyone I know not to order from this place. This is the WORST food store I have ever encountered. They have ZERO customer service. When they first opened they had really good fresh chicken salad and cream cheeses, and their bagels were pretty good. However that all changed a few months later. Their tuna and chicken salads taste old and sour. I told my friend to go there and she threw out her sandwich immediately upon the first bite and told me she would never go there again if I paid her to. When you order for delivery they CONSTANTLY are putting the wrong things in the bag and/or forgetting things all together. I'm disgusted with the way they treat their customers, especially loyal customers. I can't wait for Wally's to open up. I will direct everyone to them and for the meantime I will go back to Ronnies Bagels. If you are going to have HORRIBLE customer service at least have really good food.
